Job Posting Process

The process has now been streamlined to a form format. Should you have any questions, please contact communications@ammi.ca
- Job posts must be received by end of day Friday to be posted the following week;
- Job postings must have a deadline (Jobs remain on the site for 3 months unless otherwise indicated).
- Please provide in both English and French when possible.
- There are no fees associated with job posts.
The posting is sent to the Communications Committee Chair for review and approval (usually 1-2 business days).
Once approved, the job posting is uploaded to the website. Jobs remain on the site for 3 months unless otherwise indicated (ie. with a job closing date or if we are contacted to inform us that the position has been filled). If, after 3 months, we have not heard from anyone, we will reach out to get an update and re-post if needed.
An email notification and a LinkedIn post of new job postings is sent to members on Wednesdays.
