Tropical Medicine Rounds are an interactive, educational way to participate in real-life case discussions from Tropical Medicine Experts across Canada.

The rounds are clinical vignettes (1-2 cases per hour) presented without providing the topic (or diagnosis) purposefully to stimulate discussion. Presenters are encouraged to present their most difficult cases which may/may not have a diagnosis. This is a great opportunity to get suggestions from other experts where data isn’t clear or doesn’t exist. The rounds serve as way to build the tropical medicine community in Canada and expert level education for this area that may supplement your CME.

These are virtual Zoom meetings with each session focusing on cases from different locations in Canada. Once you register, you will be sent the Zoom link.

Dr. Stephen Vaughan (Calgary) will to be the moderator to help guide discussion.
