We are seeking an Infectious Diseases physician or Medical Microbiologist to provide consultative care in a patient-centered, innovation-driven practice. Our team includes two experienced physician assistants and allied health professionals, including independent nurse practitioners, a registered dietitian, a clinic director, and a part-time medical director. We use AI-assisted scribing and a patient portal to streamline documentation and patient access to results.
Responsibilities
- Consult and assess acute, recurrent, and complex UTIs
- Interpret microbiology and diagnostic results
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Contribute to protocols and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- MD with certification in Infectious Diseases or Medical Microbiology (or equivalent)
- Licensed with the CPSO (Ontario)
- Experience with UTIs/genitourinary infections preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Additional Information
While Ontario licensure is required, there is an opportunity to provide virtual care to patients outside Ontario, if desired including Quebec.
